Summary: They did not have my Hotel confirmation number, he had to enter everything manually . The tile was missing 75 percent of the grout, bathroom fixtures were rust. Sheet rock dust was on top of the bathroom baseboard, and a price of gum was such to a shelf in the mini fridge. My daughter called it the low quality inn
