historically a ground level summer cabin, when raised above the 100 hundred year flood level some 15 years ago this cabin was extensively upgraded: recessed lighting in most areas, skylights, a bathroom with extravagant tub (perfect for an intimate soak?! ) and stand-alone shower stall
the modern kitchen is well-equipped for cooking, though hosting a dinner for 6 adults would be the comfortable limit in this the compact home It features stainless appliances: refrigerator is full size with bottom freezer; dishwasher has independently operated upper and lower chambers; propane fuels the instant delivery hot water heater, range with self-clean oven, both fireplaces and outside deck placed BBQ.
