the space:
our home is 2800 sq ft home is under air conditioning and it sits on 7.5 acres of land. This is a place to remember, a place where you can create your own experiences because it has so much to offer. On the inside of the house, you have access to 4 bedrooms with gorgeous views, 3 bathrooms, full Kitchen, full bar, very large living room, large swimming pool, expansive lanai with gas grill and ceiling fans to keep you cool while you enjoy the South Florida weather. It can be a perfect home for anything and everything you are looking for. It's an oasis that's close to everything you can ever want. It’s all about options. You will have just as much fun enjoying the grounds surrounded by the sounds and sites of many of Florida's natural wildlife. Have a seat around the tranquil land and you will get a glimpse of a lot of different birds that likes to visit such as; Bluejays, Red Cardinals, Woodpeckers, wild ducks and maybe even some Peacocks. Other wildlife includes Iguanas, Turtles, Frogs, Rabbits and much more.

have fresh organic eggs for breakfast right from the farm! (please ask us and we are happy to provide them for you) Relax with Churro and Mariposa - our very friendly horses. they are adorable!

pt ranch event guidelines:
the cost for booking the house is separate and in addition to the event fee We require a 3 night minimum for the vacation rental to book an event.
please note: there is an additional charge of $125 per person per night after the 15th guest We will charge this separately through the Airbnb Resolution Center. thanks!
you must have prior authorization if you plan or expect more than 5 visitors at one time at this home that are not listed on the reservation
any person at the houses after 11:59pm is considered an overnight guest unless previously disclosed and authorized during your reservation Please let us know immediately if you plan to have overnight guests that were not accounted for in your initial reservation.
check in is at 4pm - 10pm only
pets: only 2 dogs/ pets allowed max on the property We require a nonrefundable pet fee of $150 to be assessed. Guests are required to clean up after dogs using waste disposal bags provided. Please notify us that you are bringing the animals prior to arrival.

this neighborhood is quiet and friendly Very secluded for your privacy and getaway from the city. You have several local restaurants in the area as well.
the home is 15 miles from beautiful vanderbilt beach and 20 miles from mercato It's a safe and walkable neighborhood. We frequently run or bike through the streets.

10 minutes away you will have a supermarket, ice cream shop, pizzeria, and salon
getting around:
we recommend renting a vehicle Everything is a short drive, and you have Naples downtown about 25 minutes away.
-uber & lyft may be very difficult to find
-if flying into naples private airport, you’re less than five minutes away If flying into RSW Fort Myers airport, you are about 42 minutes away. Enterprise, Rent-A-Car is less than 20 minutes away.
