Because of the coronavirus we have implemented Covid-19 Risk Mitigation Cleaning procedures. In addition to gloves and professional disinfectants our cleaning company is now required to wear masks. All of our linens are professionally cleaned as they always have been. Unfortunately we have to raise our cleaning fee to cover extra costs, but our guests health is priority.

the master bedroom has a queen bed and a day bed with trundle (2 twins), a 4 panel room divider, full length mirror, room darkening curtains, smart tv ( so you can us your netflix and hulu accounts) cable, bluetooth speaker, alarm clock and desk Large Walk in Closet with hangers and Full Bathroom with Jetted oversized Bath and Double Vanity.

all mattresses and pillows have protective covers
we just had a new hvac unit installed with a reme•halo air purification system which eliminates sick building syndrome, neutralizes odors, particulate and pollutants
we do have stairs and will leave baby gates for kids and pets for you to use at your discretion Be aware the landings have a triangle landing when going up and down.
i am a bit of a clean freak so we have it professionally cleaned and towels and bed linen laundered
downstairs we have a very large open space with living area with a large smart tv, breakfast table for 4, kitchen counter with 3 chairs, dishwasher and microwave, fully functioning kitchen with everything for baking or cooking on the stove top and lots of extras!

digital keyless entries on the front door and from the insulated 1 car garage into the townhouse Both with your unique code we assign you for convenience and safety assurance.
we have a covered porch downstairs with 6 seated outdoor table and chairs set with cushions
we love dogs and don’t mind them as long as they don’t chew anything or dirty the carpeting upstairs and are well house trained We provide a large wipe-able bed/cot for dogs with a blanket, located in the master bedroom closet. We also wash it in between our guests.
we hope your neighbors are cleaning up after their dogs, as we ask you to please clean up after yours We leave doggie doo doo bags for our guests.
there is no fence, so local laws and hoa require your dog(s) to be on leashes
