Family vacation awaits! Lake Winnipesaukee beach access is all you and your family could want in a vacation home. This open concept home is perfect for congregating over morning coffee and prepping snacks for watching that nighttime movie you finally have time to watch. Easy access from the kitchen to the (hard to come by) fenced-in back yard will make grilling a breeze. Large rooms with tons of natural light overlook your private backyard. This 3 bedroom and 3 bathroom home comfortably sleeps 9. The master bedroom is located on the first floor complete with en suite bath. The bonus room upstairs is equipped with a TV and plenty of space for a guests to break away from the group for some downtime. This home is conveniently located within walking distance to the community beach, pool and tennis courts. The Long Bay community boasts premium proximity to the areas most frequented attractions; the historical (and fun!) Weirs Beach (14mins), Gunstock Mountain Resort (18min) and Ellacoya State Park (20min). No matter summer or winter you will have plenty to do! Girls get away will enjoy OPECHEE SPA only 10 mins away. And, don't worry if you forgot your flip flops or your favorite beverage because the Gilford shopping area (Hannaford/Shaws, TJ Maxx, Walmart and Homegoods) is just across Paugus Bay at 5mi away! Owner will consider pets on a case by case basis, and $250/pet fee will be applied to your reservation fee, please inquire when making a booking. SLEEPS 9. Summary: Overall the stay was nice, wasn’t the cleanest. Had to wash some blankets and sheets when we first arrived due to finding some bugs in them, this was only in one room. The other rooms were fine besides hair being in some of the drawers so we just left our clothes in our luggage and on the shelves in the rooms. There was also no instructions on how to access the beach and pool or where the good local restaurants were. The property managers said the previous renters probably lost those papers which is a possibility. The house was plenty large enough for our family tho and we made good memories which is the most important part of vacation!
