there are 3 units available in the river house, with this private studio occupying a portion of the 1st floor The studio has its own dedicated large deck for entertaining, just a few steps away, that affords wonderful views of the river. There is not a direct view of the water from the room. Hickory hardwood floors shine throughout with custom pine doors and cedar closets. This new construction includes a kitchenette with microwave oven, refrigerator, and coffee maker. This cozy studio has a large full bath with tub/shower combination, a queen size bed and a comfortable convertible sofa that can sleep 4 adults. There is also free access to a full-size washer and dryer. Pets are welcomedat an additional fee but must be crated when unattended.
we have had some issues with noise from the villa (2nd floor) making it hard for guests in the two lower units to sleep So, there is an 11 pm excessive noise curfew for the Villa when either of the lower units is occupied. Also, we recently installed several hundred cubic ft. of cellulose sound dampening insulation in the ceiling of this unit to re-mediate the issue.
