+ there are many activities that you can do, just 10 steps to reach convenient store (bsmart 24/24 - mini stop )and the musium of art Walk to the riverside in 15 mins and you have play ground for kids to play. General Hospital is 10 mins away. Massage (full body, foot...) in 7 mins walking. Sky Bar is just 5 mins taxi away. The Ben Thanh market is 5 mins walking and you can use this for your advantage to experience local food and super market is 6 mins by scooter.
