HI I am Federica, an italian lady, living here with my son Diego. I am a language teacher , so I can teach You Spanish. We rent 2 rooms in our house. The blue romos host 2 pax and have a double bed, private bathroom and air-conditioned. The gwhite room host 3 people, it is perfect for a family or a group of friends. The house is located in a gated, safe community, it's on 3 floors. The suburb is very exclusive, with security, large 25 m long swimming pool, playground, mini soccer ground, gym. There is a small gym and an area for yoga and exercise outdoor. The wifi is free 24/24. It is very safe for children to play around alone. The house is in front of the Mall la Gran Plaza, where a Wallmart is, 9 cinemas and hundreds of shops and fast foods. You can go to the beach easily by bus or taxi (15 minutes ride costs about 10 usd).
