Like to stay in an independent flat? our house is a 2-storey house in Shiraz, I live in the first floor with my family and I rent the 2th floor to travelers. so i give my guest good privacy. I give my guest private room, kitchen, bathroom and living room. its located on top of the hill with a breath-taking view of Shiraz and the heavenly gardens. its near to eram garden and in the neighborhood of chamran hotel(5 star). the house located in one of the prestigious areas of Shiraz. our house located in north-west of shiraz, the distance from the house to downtown is 6.8 km. you will have entire flat in 2th floor whether you are 1 person or 4 people. u enjoy sitting on the traditional bench in huge terrace of 2th floor with spectacular view all over shiraz.

in case room1 is filled by other guest u should share the bathroom, kitchen, living room and balcony
