Charming Victorian house, home to a warm, loving family environment for Naz and her son. Situated at the foot of Table Mountain, the house is very spacious, informal, the atmosphere relaxed, thereby making comfort a priority. There are 3 large bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, dining room, lounge and open plan kitchen. My son and I love to cook and bake traditional Cape Malay cuisine so the house is always filled with delicious aromas!The general area is very community based, 2 minutes walk from efficient public transport, city bowl, trendy eateries, bohemian Woodstock and the upmarket V & A Waterfront where you will find a vast array of world class restaurants endless shopping and entertainment. University of Cape Town is a 20 min bus ride away. The glorious Cape Town beaches are a 15 minute drive away (20 min with public transport) as well as breathtaking Table Mountain. Guidance and advice is always at hand as I have had the pleasure of hosting many foreign guests from all over the globe for the past 10 years.
