at the end of a long, private driveway, this one-of-a-kind custom home is located in the middle of 15 wooded acres, surrounded by large tracts of land on all sides The 3600sf two-story home with 2-car garage has three large living areas (two with fireplaces), beautiful views from all six bedrooms, two of which are on the main floor. The huge basement den features a 75" TV, large sectional, foosball and pool tables, as well as a wet bar and fireplace. The family room, which is open to the kitchen and dining areas, has a fireplace and 65" TV. The large updated kitchen features granite counters, custom tile backsplash, ultra-quiet dishwasher, French door refrigerator, electric cooktop/double oven, and opens on to the family room and dining room. An additional refrigerator is located in the laundry room behind the kitchen. YouTube TV and wireless internet included. Well behaved dogs are welcome. This is a special property - a custom built Spanish Colonial home with private pool, 15 wooded acres with many hardwood, evergreen and flowering trees and a lush lawn, surrounded by larger tracts of farmland. It is very private and quiet, with amazing views of the night sky, but is just a short drive from many area attractions and the towns of South Haven, Fennville and Saugatuck/Douglas.
