the first floor is divided into 2 areas On one side of the house, there are 2 bedrooms with a shared bath. This side of the house also has a sitting nook for watching TV or can be used as an office (equipped with a large desk and office chair).
on the other side of the first floor are a large open kitchen, dining area, and living area with an oversized sofa perfect for hanging out while playing shuffleboard or darts The master bedroom with an en suite bath is just off the kitchen. The master also has a door to access the large wrap-around deck on the first floor.
