Beautiful cottage home located on a canal in treasure cay. Green Gecko is a 2 story canal home that is 3,500 sqft with a detached garage. It has a covered front and back porch that runs the length of the house. The comfortable back porch overlooking the canal is a perfect place to read a book, sit and have lunch/dinner, or just relax and enjoy the breeze.
the master bedroom is located downstairs with a large bathroom and large walk in closet Master has its own dedicated AC.
3 bedrooms upstairs 2 of them have on suite bathrooms The house is set up with 3 AC units that keep the house nice and cool. Also many ceiling fans located in the rooms and the back porch.
the kitchen is fully stocked with all the kitchen supplies needed to mix up a tasty beverage or make a wonderful meal
a laundry room is located just off the kitchen stocked with detergents and dryer sheets You will also find an iron and iron board in the laundry room as well.
