For the warm summer months, the home is equipped with several portable air conditioners - two in the living area, one in the upstairs master bedroom and one in the main level bedroom. A fenced and dedicated garden is yours to enjoy summer and fall and walking / hiking trails lead you up to a picnic lookout where you can take in the majesty of North Idaho and Lake Pend Oreille. A salt water hot tub will naturally soak and restore you.
