Just 60 steps from the beach on a local, residential street; no busy road to cross! This is a great home for one large family or two smaller families who wish to share the cost of a beach rental. With two living spaces and kitchens, everyone will have enough space to spread out! There are no steps on the main level and a beach view from the upstairs balcony.

the space ocean street hideaway is a beautifully finished florida cottage style beach house with a private pool It is located on the east end of Panama City Beach on Surf Drive just down the street from the popular Longboards Restaurant & Bar and Finns Food truck. Moving in with your beach gear is a breeze with ample parking available just outside the front door for up to 6 full size SUVs (Driveway is 40' Long by 33' Wide). Located just 60 steps from beach access, there are no stairs on the main level and there is no busy street to cross. The property boasts HDTVs with Rokus throughout the home, live channels via YouTube TV, as well as high speed wifi that is perfect for streaming.

There is a drip and Keurig coffee maker; bring your own favorite coffee and filters. dine inside or outside, it's up to you! no waiting in line and no reservations required when you have your own home instead of just a hotel room!
the pool and patio provide ample entertainment, including a multicolor pool light system Please note that the raised 'spa' area of the pool is NOT a hot tub. Pool schedule is set as follows: Pool mode/heating will be running from 12:31 AM until 6:30 PM, Spa mode and Jets are set to come on at 6:30 PM and run until 12:30 AM. There is a BBQ grill and corn hole set along with dining tables and umbrellas. Two outside showers help keep salt & sand outside the home.
