both bedrooms have king sized beds The master bath has a walk-in shower, and the second bath has a shower/tub combo.
the closest pools are the rio grande family pool, the chula vista adult pool and the tierra del sol country club pool
executive golf courses that are very close are mira mesa, chula vista and de la vista Closest championship courses are Tierra del Sol and Hacienda Hills.
location is fantastic! it’s a five minute golf cart ride to the spanish springs town square and a ten minute ride to lake sumter So many shops and restaurants are very close.
we do allow two small dogs — maximum weight of 40 pounds (developer’s restriction) There is a nonrefundable pet fee of $150. We do not allow cats or any other pets.
