is completely separate and private Includes 1 bedroom, living room, kitchenette/dining room with small table for eating or work area. and bathroom with shower.
the home is over 100 years old, so charming but also has its quirks, as in letting the hot water run in the sink or shower for a few minutes to warm up before getting into shower. And best not to plug in hair dryer same time as heater is running or will trip breaker. But just a quick text and that will be fixed.

There is a completely different locked door to access downstairs. But owner uses door on side of house not that door.
