Rural location and set far back off the road makes this a great space for a weekend in the country, staycation, or writer's retreat! Fantastic sunset views are to be experienced year round in the dining room/kitchen. We are not a waterfront property, but we have a lovely view of the Avon River.
the apartment is attached to the main farmhouse, but has its own entrance and is set farther back from the driveway and parking We're set far off the road (Highway 215), on a working farm where we grow vegetables for a local farmers' market and raise animals. Along with the market garden, we also grow many flowers in our flowers beds around the house and over the property. Expect to see (and occasionally hear) cows, horses, chickens, and our dog during your stay (don't worry, you don't have to interact with her if you don't want to!).
