The cottage is great for a getaway, close to the mountains and town. Only 3 miles from Old Town and 1 mile to the foothills. We have decided to make the cottage available to guests since our brother can no longer live with us due to his health.
the location is quiet and peaceful with a country feel yet close to many wonderful adventures awaiting you in old town or the mountains
we have two geared bikes that you can use to explore old town or ride the bike path along the poudre river
or, you could just relax with a quick meal prepared with the microwave or toaster oven and enjoy a lazy morning with a cup of coffee
