Summary: This house gives you a unique perspective on the Bahamas. It is in a quiet, residential neighborhood (except for the mating peacocks!). You have to drive 15-30 minutes to a restaurant or store. The house is old and funky but comfortable and clean. The beach in front is lovely. We didn’t use the basement bedrooms at all but they are separate and private. There was a breeze so no a/c was needed. The kitchen was well stocked. John was very helpful and it was fun to use the motorboat to explore and check out Cherokee. It was too windy to use the kayaks but that would be fun. Thank you!
