3 bedroom, 2 full bathroom & 2 half bathroom beachside pool home located on a peaceful block in South Beach with only 12 homes on one side of street only-making it a super secluded neighborhood.
a short walk (2 minutes) along the road to private deeded beach access Cross the sand dune and smell the sea. It is not uncommon to have the entire beach to yourself.

master bedroom: king bed, large bathroom and massive walk-in closet en suite balcony off of the master bedroom with 2 rocking chairs - listen to the waves!
