Positive: we were travelling with 2 little boys, the staff went out of their way to make us feel at home and comfortable, when we arrived the pool was closed for maintenance so we got a free drink every night from the bar as compensation, location is perfect right in the centre, the fact that i didn’t have to worry about parking as there is a valet that takes the car from the front of the hotel and brings it back whenever you need it was also excellent, there was an answer for every question we had, lets say that everytime ill visit turin (and its a lot) this will be my go to hotel. they even got us a gift Juventus themed (our favourite football team), hands down the best hotel in turin 🙏🏼

Negative: everything was more than perfect

Summary: AMAZING, out of 20 hotels visited in turin, this was the best by far
