Gorgeous, newly built cottage located on a private lot in Sauble Beach, 4-minute walk from the public beach and shopping on Main Street. The cottage is a spacious 1600 sq. ft. and includes:
4 bedrooms (the first two bedrooms each have a queen bed and a connected ensuite bathroom, the third bedroom has 2 stackable twins plus a twin over twin bunk) A forth bedroom with queen bed is located in the lower level adjacent to the entertainment area. A rollaway bed is available for an extra child under 12. Bed linens provided. The living room also has a pull-out futon and 2 of the bedrooms have desk workspaces.
