Summary: I did not receive the information on how to unlock the front door on time. I had to call the owner and have her text the instructions to me 1/2 hour after the check in time. When we walked in we noticed that the dryer was running and contained a load of wet towels. The washing machine also had a load of wet towels in it. We let the dryer finish its cycle but the towels were still wet. We checked the lint filter and it was totally clogged. After clearing the clog the dryer worked fine. The a/c in the large upstairs bedroom cooled the room but the other bed rooms were very warm with little or no air conditioning. We ended up having to purchase fans for the other bed rooms we were using. Lastly, one of the smoke detectors in the bedroom started to “ beep” at 3:00 in the morning. We had to find the step ladder and unplug it from the ceiling and remove the dead batteries before it would stop beeping.
