guests agree to pay any costs for damage done by dog(s) if not entirely covered by security deposit
if damages are not reported but are found by owners or agent, it will be documented and necessary replacement or repair costs will be deducted from the security deposit

check-in is 4pm Check-out is 10am. We will do our best to accommodate an earlier check in, but we make no promises. the check-in time of 4pm is to allow our cleaning crew ample time to have the home ready for your arrival!
minimum age to rent: 25 years old
rental agreement/security deposit hold/id verificaiton: after booking, we require id verification, a signed rental agreement and a $500 security deposit hold (not a charge) it's very easy, i promise!
๐ญsmoking policy: there is absolutely no smoking of any kind (cigarettes, cigars, vape, pot, hookah, drugs, etc.) inside or outside on the decks. If smoke is detected inside the home, then a minimum of $750 penalty for smoke remediation will be enforced.
๐จโ๐ฉโ๐งโ๐ฆvisitors: any visitors must leave the premises by 10pm, the beginning of quiet hours
extra guests: maximum occupancy is 11 guests Additional guests will be charged at $75 per night per guest.

๐pool policy: no diving The pool is approximately 3 feet deep. The pool temperature is set to 85 degrees. Swim at your own risk. All children under 18 need adult supervision.
๐hot tub: shower or bathe with soap before entering hot tub especially if you have lotions, deodorant or sunscreen on The hot tub water is changed before each guest arrives. Please note that it may take several hours to reach desired temperature on the first night. We recommend allowing extra time for it to fully up. Pregnant women, especially in 1st trimester, and children under 5 should not use hot tubs. Please do not drink alcohol before or during hot tub use.
๐bbq: we provide a propane grill that is secured in place Please clean off grill after use.
๐๏ธ garbage: please dispose of full trash bags into bear proof bins in front of the house If you have excess trash during your stay, please notify me to arrange for pickup.
