1 age requirement
all guests must be 25 or older, except for children accompanied by their parents
2 hot tub & sauna rules
– the hot tub and sauna are for guests 25 and older only
– no alcohol or glass is permitted in or around these areas
– do not sit or stand on the hot tub cover
– use at your own risk
3 no smoking indoors
smoking inside the house is strictly prohibited A $1000 fine will apply for violations.
4 security cameras
cameras are installed for your safety Do not touch, cover, or disconnect them, including tampering with the Wi-Fi. Doing so will result in immediate removal from the property.
5 nature & wildlife notice
this home is located in the woods—occasional sightings of critters or insects are part of the experience Please keep doors and windows closed to minimize this.
if you see a bear, do not approach or feed it Bears are rare, but they can be dangerous.
6 no refunds for uncontrollable events
we do not offer refunds for weather conditions, power outages, natural disasters, or any events outside our control
7 no open flames
absolutely no candles, campfires, or other open flames Unauthorized fires will incur a $100 fine plus the cost of any damages.
8 arrival & departure times
please respect our check-in and check-out times Early arrivals or late check-outs will incur a $50/hour fee.
