this is a beautiful property that is centrally located in sandy close to the freeway, and the slopes
large open floor plan with front room, kitchen and dining room in the same area which can easily accommodate over 20 people with room to spare
large couch with fireplace and tv will be the main gathering place of your group But there’s also a second family room in a sunken living room with couches a desk area, TV and comfortable chairs to relaxing in. You will love the large two car garage to park your vehicles in and store your skis and your bikes plus a place for boots and ski jackets.

upstairs has a large master with a in-suite bathroom, king bed and sofa bed at the foot, ceiling fan, tv and large armoire

upstairs has a full bathroom that will be shared by those two bedrooms that is a tub shower combination
the main area has a electric fireplace below a large tv with sound system and a u-shaped large couch, that flows into the kitchen with enormous island Plenty of seating with five bar stools and adjoining dining room table with eight seats.
