Positive: The apartment is really nice. 2 bedrooms and the main room with the kitchen. Lots of the plates, glasses, coffee machine, dishwasher. Comfortable beds, big TV. In a five minutes walk you will find a local grocery store. Place is quiet, you will not have any problems with loud neighbours. Nice and friendly owner.
Negative: But...there are some issues. First one was, that owner doesn't speak english, only german or croatian. Really small parking spot, I have a small car, and yet it was complicated to park in. Air-conditioning isn't enough for all rooms, it cools good, but still...also the water in the shower is running out bad, they do need to clean the plumbing. And the biggest issue is that if you will walk to the beach be ready, that its about 900 meters, not like it says, that its about 500 meters, and the building is standing on the hill, so on your way back you will have to go up on the hill all the time...
