Positive: Apartment has a central heating and really good windows. It was quite warm inside, despite outside was around +10. I even had to switch off some heaters. Neighbourhood is really nice and calm. Owner is really nice and ready to help. You can see the ocean from some windows. A lot of space inside apartment and on balconies. Train station to get to Porto is very close.
Negative: Since apartment is very close to the ocean it require constant renovation. Some walls were corrupted by mold. Most of them very acceptable, but one room was heavily damaged, we decided not to use it. Some kitchen facilities were broken or in a bad state - dishwasher started only once, after this it was blinking with lights and didn't work. Fridge is also almost dead. There were a lot of snow inside it. Cleaning could be better. Bathrooms and beds were very clean, but floor and especially windows could be cleaned better. I hope it will be fixed before the season and then I can recommend this apartment. I' ve added fotos only of bad things, but the rest is good
