The Space

The charming cobblestone driveway and emerald-green lawn lead up to the front door, which opens into a marvelous modern great room. With crisp white walls, sleek marble floors, and plush, dove-gray furnishings, the entire space looks like it was pulled from the pages of a magazine. But the spacious sectional sofa and large HDTV ensure the room is completely comfortable and inviting, and the ideal spot to unwind with a Netflix movie night and a bottle of wine.

Next to the living space is the luxe open kitchen. In the center of the kitchen is a spacious island with quartz countertops, bar stool seating for four, plus an electric range top. Additional high-end appliances include a massive, top-of-the-line refrigerator, a wall oven, a microwave, and a high-efficiency dishwasher. Close to the kitchen and open to the living area is the formal dining space, which features an expansive glass dining table with space for 10 people, illuminated with an ultra-modern chandelier.

Since this home is a ranch-style layout, all of the bedrooms are located on the same level. The first of six bedrooms is the primary bedroom and resembles a premier hotel suite, with a sumptuous king-size bed, large HDTV, huge walk-in closet, and a spa-worthy ensuite bathroom with a soaking tub, step-in shower, and double vanities. The remaining five guest bedrooms each have either a king-size or queen-size bed and an attached full bathroom, which is ideal for larger groups and families that are looking for a bit more privacy.

Outside, the backyard of this home becomes your own serene tropical oasis with a crystal-clear swimming, lots of lounge chairs, and even a built-in outdoor grill for hosting an epic backyard barbecue for your whole crew. Back inside, one of the garage spaces has been transformed into a fun-filled game room with a pool table, HDTV, poker table, and basketball game. This well-designed home also includes a laundry room with a premier washer and dryer.

Nestled within the sought-after neighborhood of Plantation Acres, guests of this home will be only a short drive from bustling downtown Fort Lauderdale and the world-famous beaches, and minutes away from tons of shopping and dining options— like Lauderdale Lakes and Sawgrass Mills.

The Neighborhood

Plantation, FL is a suburban area outside of Fort Lauderdale, conveniently located next to all of the Fort Lauderdale vacation essentials: airport, beach, and dining! This home is approximately 20 minutes away from Fort Lauderdale International Airport, 30 minutes away from Fort Lauderdale Beach, and 28 minutes from our favorite dining spot: Las Olas!
Las Olas Boulevard has a never-ending selection of great restaurants with eclectic menus. Louie Bossi's offers excellent Italian food and a beautiful, immersive atmosphere to enjoy with a big group or a date night! Looking for superior seafood with an upscale ambiance? Eddie V. Prime Seafood on Las Olas Blvd is the place to go. For a delicious breakfast with a Mexican twist, head over to Tinta on N. Fort Lauderdale Beach Blvd.
Fort Lauderdale Beach offers the idyllic South Florida experience with world-renown beaches and bars. The warm ocean water is calling your name! If you're looking for an adventure, Fort Lauderdale beach has several spots to rent jet skis, kayaks, surfboards, paddle boards, and snorkeling equipment!
Right on the water, you'll find a sea of eclectic bars to grab a drink or a quick bite to eat. Check out Bamboo Beach Tiki Bar and Cafe for a fun drink menu and local seafood and Elbo Room for a long-running bar with live music at nighttime. For smoothies and acai bowls, we love Myapapaya Kitchen + Juicery.
Closer to home, you'll find great parks and restaurants. Only 5 minutes away is Rae Carole Armstrong Liberty Tree Park, a great spot for kids with the open play area and playground, or for adults and groups with the walking trails and pavilions!

House Rules

Check-in time: 4:00 PM
Check-out time: 10:00 AM

All guests must sign our rental agreement as mandated by Florida Law.

The minimum rental age is 25. A picture ID must be provided to the company no less than 72 hours before arrival.
An accurate guest count must be provided
No parties or events. If unauthorized persons are discovered on the premises, guests will be subject to additional fees and/or immediate eviction
Quiet time is from 10pm - 8am
If you would like the pool heated during your stay, there is a $30 fee per day. Please coordinate with us prior to your arrival so that we can arrange for the heater to be on.
Please note that our vendors, landscaper and pool cleaner (If applicable), visit our homes at least twice a week for service. Our vendors will never enter the home and have permission to work outside.
No smoking or vaping. If evidence is discovered of either smoking or vaping, the guest will be subject to a fine of up to $1,000
This property is dog-friendly with an additional $250 fee per pet. Please let us know if you will be bringing your dog. (only dogs are permitted, sorry)
If you have little ones we offer a Baby bundle: Pack-n-play with a thicker mattress & a high chair for $65 per stay. If requested less than 24 hours in advance, a $25 surcharge fee is applied.
Commercial vehicles may be approved by management. Please inquire if you would like to bring your commercial vehicle.
The property must be locked and secured when guests are not in it.

Mail:
Guests may not receive mail at this location or at our office. Any mail received will be RETURNED TO SENDER. We cannot accept responsibility for helping you to recover any lost mail or packages.

Cleanliness:

This property is not corporate-owned. It belongs to an individual, just like you. Please treat this home with the respect and courtesy it deserves and leave it in the same excellent condition as you found it.
We welcome quiet couples and families in all of our rentals. Please note that no parties of any size, events, or conferences are permitted in this property. If we discover that guests have violated this rule, we reserve the right to immediately evict all persons on the property and/or assess a fine.
If the property is left exceptionally dirty, such as perishable foods left in the kitchen, dirty dishes in the sink, furniture rearranged, or trash not taken out, we may assess an additional fee of up to $500.

Late Checkout:

Please note that check-out time is promptly at 10am. This is so that our housekeeping staff may prepare the property for the next guest. If you need additional time, contact us immediately and we'll try to accommodate you, though this cannot be guaranteed.
If you fail to check out by 10am, you will be charged half of the nightly rate for the property. Failure to vacate the property at the agreed-upon check-out time is considered trespassing.

Same-Day Bookings:

Same-day bookings with no past Airbnb reviews are subject to additional scrutiny and require approval from the company. We will ask you to provide information on your group and the purpose of your stay.
If your stay is approved, we require a government-issued ID for identity verification. Your phone number must match the phone number on your Airbnb account or we will not be able to honor your reservation.
Same-day reservations will not be accepted after 2:00pm. All same-day reservations require at least 3 hours before check-in. We may have to extend check-in time to later than 4:00pm.

Internet/Cable:

The company is not responsible for outages by Internet and Cable companies. While we regret the interruption and inconvenience, we have no control over internet or cable issues.
The same way these providers do not reimburse us for their equipment failures or outages, we cannot accept accountability or offer refunds or reimbursements to guests.

Copyright Infringement:

Absolutely no illegal downloads. We will charge $50 if discovered.

Privacy:

This property is equipped with security cameras on the outside of the property. These cameras are using during the check-in process to verify identity and guest count. If there is an incident, we will review the footage. There are no cameras inside any property.

Starter Supplies:
We provide enough trash bags, paper towels, toilet paper, and other home items for about 3 days of use. Beyond that, it is the responsibility of the guest to replenish these items.
