no parties: we respect our neighbors and have a zero tolerance for parties Unless you have received written permission, any unregistered guests will constitute the beginning of a party, and your reservation will be cancelled immediately without refund. We want our guests to enjoy our home to the fullest, but this is NOT the place to have a party. We appreciate your cooperation.
security camera disclosure: we have two security cameras on the exterior of the home at the front door facing the walkway and the back facing the backyard Cameras record audio and visual. Security cameras are located ONLY on the exterior of the home.
travel insurance: we highly recommend purchasing travel insurance for your trip Travel insurance is a guaranteed option to ensure you are able to receive reimbursement for a covered event should circumstances arise that prevent you from traveling as planned (ex: medical/family emergencies, illness, work obligations, inclement weather, etc). Please confirm with your chosen travel insurance company as to a comprehensive list of all covered events. Please note, we are not able to issue a cancellation, trip change, or refund outside of the listing policy and will refer you back to your travel insurance should your trip plans change.
rental agreement: we require a signed rental agreement within 24 hours of booking A government issued ID is required to be provided along with the signed rental agreement.
security deposit hold: a security deposit is required for this home This deposit will be automatically posted to the payment method on file 3 days prior to check in date and is due no later than the day of check in. This deposit is not a charge or extra payment, but it is a $250 hold only. The only way any amount would be charged to the card on file would be if we provide details of damaged items, excessively dirty items or areas of the home, etc. This hold is released automatically 3 days following check out.
