• are pets allowed? yes, pets are welcome! please add them to your reservation and clean up after your pets during your stay let us know if you have any special requests

noise decibel monitor: one device near the pool, outside the home Minut noise detector doesn't record anything, just detects the noise level 24/7 to prevent prolonged loud noise events at the home to avoid affecting the neighbors.

• is smoking allowed? no smoking inside, only outside the home and further away from the neighbors — please close all doors/windows and collect smoking residues/cigarette butts to prevent the smell from getting into the home
