Welcome to Hillview Bohemian! This warm and chic, yet incredibly cozy desert home is located a short 5-minute drive to Joshua Tree National Park.
this one-of-a-kind home offers plenty of space for friends & family to enjoy a truly amazing & memorable getaway experience
the amazing views must be seen to be believed!
this sleek, welcoming oasis was recently fully remodeled found in the heart of jt, walking distance from all the wonderful food, drinks, events, unique shopping, and much more!
the dictionary defines the term "bohemian" as: 'socially unconventional in an artistic way' - well, "hillview bohemian jt" is exxxactly that!
we brought chic, cozy, comfy, colorful, creative, playful, modern, and rustic all together in this eclectic and roomy pool home in the heart of the joshua tree desert and we hope you enjoy it as much as we've enjoyed designing it for our guests!!

•three huge king-sized beds, 1 queen-sized and very comfy sleeper sofa, and 2 twin-sized rollaway beds (none of our spare beds have that terrible medal bar that goes across your back and makes it impossible to sleep!)

- fully-equipped gourmet kitchen (brand new pots & pans, silverware, mixing bowls, cookie sheets, utensils, cutting boards, can opener, pizza slicer, cookbook, large gas stove & oven combo with hood, large microwave, rice cooker/crockpot, electric kettle, fully stocked tea & coffee station, deluxe toaster oven, spices, oil, vinegar, foil, saran wrap, wine glasses & accessories, tupperware, sandwich bags, a very nice and sharp knife set, and complete cleaning supplies)
- quiet & safe residential location on a large lot with a large backyard (just a short walk from the heart of downtown jt)
- fully fenced private backyard featuring a very nice above ground cool pool, a brand new bbq grill, a large fire pit surrounded by stylish, comfy, and durable adirondack chairs, a large hammock, cornhole, toss & catch ball set, spike-ball set, a mini-golf set, beverage cooler, and a gorgeous semi-covered pergola with four stylish stools that we lovingly call "the mushroom" that boasts beautiful twinkling solar-powered bistro lights along with a ton of other outdoor amenities!
- internet: the home offers reliable high-speed internet throughout the entire space (wifi password in living room)
- security: security cameras with floodlights are located on either side of the home, along with a ring doorbell for your security

with 3 very well-appointed bedrooms, 2 well-sized, fully stocked bathrooms, a full gourmet kitchen, an incrrrredibly cozy family room, a very cool karaoke machine, and an amazing outdoor living space - you'll feel like you're at your own private desert retreat

you have choices!
there are 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a super-comfy sleeper-sofa, and 2 twin-sized roll away beds (which are both very comfortable as they do not have that terrible steel bar that would normally go right under your back) all of which offer very comfortable sleeping arrangements, and of course as parents, we love kids and have made this a fun and safe space for them as well
for those parents traveling with children we've included a highchair, coloring books and crayons, blankets, baby powder, books, games, toys and a pack-n-play playpen/crib/changing table as well
***one major note, we wanted to make sure that people of all walks of life, sizes, and shapes will be comfortable, so, we invested in very high-end hybrid beds (all our mattresses have mattress covers under the sheets) to make sure you’re fully rested as you enjoy our home and the beautiful scenery..the whole point of a getaway is to rest really well!!

bedroom 1 is just plain gorgeous
the accent wall was painted to match the beautiful desert sky which you’ll be able to enjoy from the room’s large window which has simple-to-use pushup blinds and room darkening drapes
this room offers a huge cal-king-sized bed and a large closet with luggage rack and there is a spacious, fully appointed bathroom (with tub) across the hall
there is also a nice desk that can double as both a workstation and a vanity
this room also stores three beautiful new yoga mats
every bedroom also has a battery powered emergency lantern just in case the power ever goes out
bedroom 2 is beautiful, bright, and cozy
it offers a king-sized bed and a large closet with luggage rack, with the same bathroom across the hall..we're planning a special mural for this room - pictures to come soon!
this room’s window also has simple-to-use pushup blinds and room darkening drapes
this room stores a high-chair, children's books, toys, and a pack-n-play crib along with a nice luggage rack and plenty of hangers and storage space
the master bedroom is best described as “desert-cozy-sexy-chic” and it offers a gigantic eastern king-sized bed and its own en-suite, fully-appointed private bathroom…it also has a private entrance to the outdoor space
this room’s window also has simple-to-use pushup blinds and room darkening drapes
you truly have to see and feel this room to understand how amazing it is
this room stores an awesome beer-pong table, a new and durable cornhole set, a mini-golf set, a toss & catch ball set, a spikeball set, a powerful shark vacuum, along with an iron and ironing board and a nice luggage rack and plenty of hangers and storage space

make the most of your relaxing desert getaway with our outdoor amenities including an above-gound pool with its easy-to-use ladder, a large covered patio for al fresco dining with a bbq-grill (we gladly provide all the propane), a beautiful dinner table set with a long bench and 4 comfy chairs, an outdoor beverage cooler, with a full, beautiful and comfortable patio furniture set underneath the soft glow of bistro lights
the custom built "mushroom" pergola is a sight to behold!
we purposely made this space large, convenient, well-lit, and inviting for our guests to enjoy great times in it
if you’re just a couple, a small family, a few friends, or even a group, the fun possibilities with this amazing saloon are simply limitless
the saloon has an electrical power outlet as well

we kindly ask that you always reach out to us first if you'd like to have additional visitors during your stay as there is an additional charge per person

we are located in a close-knit neighborhood with really nice neighbors, so no excessively loud music, please…especially after 10pm
we also ask that you please treat the house as if it were your own; over the past several months we’ve poured our hearts into making this space our desert dream!

with arguably one of the most incredible backyard spaces in the entire high-desert featuring a gorgeous covered patio with custom mural, the mushroom pergola, fire pit, cornhole, and multiple other games and amenities along with a nice pool for soaking under the stars with an oversized hammock and additional seating nearby - there is a little something for everyone!

whether you stargaze in the pool or lounge around in our outdoor areas - the view of the amazing night sky literally can't be beat and must be experienced

we are a short 5-minute drive from the national park's main entrance, where you can get a front row seat to joshua tree's one-of-a-kind landscape, whether by way of hiking trail or a peaceful drive
additionally, the home is located just 35-40 minutes from beautiful balmy, beautiful palm springs
