picnic area with fire-pit are available to use Wood is provided for the fire pit. Please remove all trash and leave it clean after use.

seats 6 people & is located next to a pond Wood is provided in the sauna with instructions to start the wood stove (If you need help please let us know much in advance). Please note 'NO ALCOHOL IN THE SAUNA'. This sauna generally heats up in 15-20 minutes.
use the canoe & floating dock only if you know how to swim, no life preservers are provided Kindly return the canoe as you find it with paddles inside it for other guests.
shared kitchen is provided with all basic amenities & modern appliances, please leave it clean after every use for other guests
you are welcome to hang out in the gazebo, but no loud partying here please
friendly dogs & chickens from our neighbors homes roam the grounds and we request not to feed any outside animals
kindly do not operate any power tools or equipment in the barn without permission.
