⚠️ no extra guests without prior approval
⚠️ no smoking within 25 feet of the property There is a $500 fine for smoking in the unit.
⚠️ surfaces may be slippery when icy/wet Walk, run, drive, and park at your own risk in any area on the property. Salt/Shovels are provided at the home for use throughout your stay. (winter season)
⚠️ firewood is not provided year-round and will need to be purchased for your stay Please visit the local Dollar General, Lowes, Walmart, or Tractor Supply to purchase a bundle for a cheap amount.
⚠️ we do our best to ensure there is propane available for grills and/or fire pits, but cannot guarantee there will be propane for use throughout your stay If all available tanks are empty, we ask that you refill a tank and provide a receipt for reimbursement. Note: be sure to refill/replace the existing tanks - do not purchase a brand new tank.

📌we strive to maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene Occasionally, if a previous guest hasn’t followed proper usage guidelines, we may need to drain, clean, and refill the hot tub before your stay for health and safety reasons 🧼🦠. If this happens, please note that it may take until the evening of your first night (or slightly longer, depending on the weather) for the water to fully heat back up 🔥🌙. We totally get that guests look forward to relaxing in the hot tub, and we only perform this maintenance when absolutely necessary to ensure a clean and safe experience for everyone 💧👍.
