the first unit on site is a light & spacious walk-out basement apartment, tucked into the countryside, just 10 minutes from oregon state university & corvallis, 50 minutes from historic newport coastal town, and near many local wineries The apartment offers 2 bedrooms with king beds, 2 couches, and a pullout Ottoman that sleeps a single. 1500 sq ft. Beautiful, peaceful grounds, Trampoline, Large patio, washer/dryer & POOL TABLE! Room to sleep 7.
the 2nd unit located 100ft away is a studio style loft ~ can host 4, the loft has an open floor plan, walk-in shower, window sitting area & luxury suite! king size luxury bed and plush sleeper sofa Cook up a romantic dinner or watch the game. we are glad to host your pets too (as in dogs 🐶) Anything beyond that — lizards, ferrets, emotional support peacocks — needs a little pre-approval, just so we’re all on the same page. Regardless of how well trained the pet is, we have found pets do crazy things at unfamiliar locations. We really do not want to charge for cleaning carpets or floor rugs. it’s a pain, so please read carefully! thank you!

🚪 no pets in the bedrooms We just replaced carpets and are trying to keep things fresh and fur-free.

🚿 no pet baths in the tub That spa day is for humans only.
🚧 please keep them on wood flooring, use the baby gates provided or close bedroom doors to ensure compliance
🚫 no unkenneled solo pet parties — please don’t leave your pet unattended unless properly crated
🐶 need pet care while you're out? we’ve got a rover sitter on standby — just say the word
