OUTSTANDING LOCATION!!! The backyard is west-facing with a patio & extended deck area for STUNNING year-round sunset views. Miles away from natural preserves, 70 min from Disney Orlando, 35 min to Busch Gardens 35 min to St Pete Beach, 5 min from waterfront restaurants & much more; 4 bedrooms allow you and your group to sleep comfortably.
enjoy the swimming pool, spa, and grill in our backyard The spa is heated and complimentary with a local control panel for your usage. The pool can be heated for a fee. Play the piano we keep in the front hallway! If you have a boat, you’re welcome to dock it in the canal in our backyard.
