Roche beach is just 600 metres away (close enough to hear the waves at night), and the outdoor living space and pool were newly built during the winter of 2017/18. The net result is a charming and practical little beach house that will suit both couples and families.

The furnishing is simple but not minimalist, and the colours light but still cosy, all of which makes for a comfortable and practical living experience. The south-facing location means that the (non-chlorine) pool and terrace get the sun virtually all day long (both in winter and summer), but the combination of sail-type awnings hung over the terrace mean you can tailor the shade to your requirements. And if things do get too hot, there is air-conditioning throughout. There is also heating and a fire if you happen to be here in the cooler months.

There is a second outdoor eating area in the back garden, with a traditional built-in BBQ. This covered space makes for a useful alternative in those rare days when a strong levante wind is blowing.
