Positive: The view and the room

Negative: Melek the receptionist was very rude. Instead of offering a simple solution to a transport booking to the airport , she gave us a lot of trouble for 1 hour of frustration and worrying as we thought we were not able to reach the airport the next day! Also, she asked only once if the room needed cleaning, we said only to tidy up as we are happy to reuse the towels, but for the remaining of our stay 5 more days, no one came and so we had to keep calling to ask for things such as toilet roll and to demand cleaning of the room. Another person that could do with a customer service training is the guy that helps around and fixing things. We were extremely polite in asking him to help us lit the fire place; which he did but with a horrible attitude and it didn’t last long but we didn’t dare call for help again. A big shame as the actual property is pretty and has a lovely view.
