located on bloomer springs road near the massanutten main entrance and the water park, this home is truly an exquisite hideaway Inside original artwork and beautiful windows flank the home. There is a new pool table, dart board, light-up corn hole boards, and endless games to enjoy in the entertainment living room. Outside a volleyball net and two decks let you enjoy the beautiful scenery. On the larger deck off the primary living room, there is a new propane grill and deck furniture for you to enjoy the outdoors. Back inside, nice, comfortable furniture and a fully stocked kitchen awaits you.
indoor living:
this home is two levels Enter the foyer with a small set of stairs leading up to the main level and a small set of stairs leading down to the basement level. The main level has two living rooms with large windows spanning the entire front of the home that let in an abundance of natural light and beautiful views. The living room to the right of the stairs is the entertainment living room and boasts a new pool table, dart board, new flat screen TV, and a cabinet stocked with games. The closet in this room has light-up corn hole boards, horseshoes, and lawn darts for outside playing.
to the left of the stairs is the open concept room which combines the dining area, kitchen, and second living room The dining area has a new and comfortable dining room table that seats eight. Three additional seating spots are at the eat in bar. The kitchen offers stainless steel appliances and is well stocked with all new cookware, serve ware, and small appliances. A huge, wood-burning fireplace is the centerpiece of the living room. Either side has built in bookshelves with historical books and décor. Directly to the right is a hall bath. To the left is a door that leads to the second deck. Here guests will find new outdoor furniture and a propane grill, perfect for enjoying the beautiful outside.
taking the two small flights of stairs down, guests will enter the basement level where all three bedrooms and an additional two bathrooms are located Immediately to the right of the stairs leading down is the spacious king primary suite. This room offers a large walk-in closet, comfortable king bed, ample lighting via large windows, desk with leather chair, mounted flat screen TV, and electric fireplace. Attached is the full bathroom with a spacious vanity and tub/shower combo.
continuing down the hallway and to the left is the second bedroom This bedroom has a queen bed and a set of twin bunk beds as well as a mounted flat screen TV, beautiful artwork, and a wall-spanning window which allows for a lot of natural light.
the second full bathroom is in the middle of the hallway on the right It has a stall shower, no tub. Next to the bathroom is the utility room where guests may use the washer and dryer.
the third and final bedroom is located at the end of the hallway on the left There is a double bed and twin bunk bed in this room. There is a door that leads outside should guests wish to use it, but please note no key is provided.
pets allowed: one dog is allowed with exceptions The dog(s) must have ALL current vaccinations; guest must pay the listed pet fee. Guests must clean up all pet waste from the yard and local leash laws must be adhered to. For more info, please contact us.
