this oceanside interior dog-friendly home is located minutes from the ocean access and community pool So bring your fur baby because they deserve a vacation too! There is a golf cart provided for an easier and more relaxing way to get your beach items to the sand.
upon entering magnolia breeze on the first floor you will find a tiled hallway leading into the rec room that has a tv, comfortable seating for those wanting to relax and enjoy this hang out spot Also on this floor, you will find 2 guest rooms; both with Queen beds that share a full bath. The full size laundry area is located just inside one of these guest rooms.
the 2nd floor is the main living area, with vaulted ceilings and an open layout to the well-stocked kitchen The dining room is located off the kitchen with plenty of seating for your family. In addition to the living room, there is also a sunroom overlooking the pool with another comfortable conversation area. There are 2 additional guest rooms on this level, both furnished with Queen beds and share a hall bath.
the 3rd floor is dedicated to the master suite..and what a suite it is! A King bed, a full bath with a soaking tub, a separate vanity for the queen of the home, a walk-in closet with a dressing area, and a vast covered porch.
