Summary: The rental process was fairly straightforward the paperwork a bit long winded but overall Ok. the price was good but you got what you paid for. The property needs a little time and money spent on it the furnishings weren't good. the odd bolt needed tightening and the odd screw needed doing up. The cutlery and crockery needed upgrading. The pool was a decent size but needed cleaning every day, which I was happy to do but the cleaning net was too short and full of holes. Had broken window locks and broken shutter in front bedroom which gave no security . but overall it fairly good and I would stay here again. The agent for the property did what he could and when the storm hit he was helpful by keeping us updated on road closures etc. Yes I would recommend this property at this price.
