the space
you will love the contrast of being right in the center of downtown while being able to walk up to a completely private loft with all the comforts of home The walls are 12ft tall, providing such a spacious feel. The original floors give this place quite the charm, and the modern amenities will make you feel right at home. I LOVE the balcony overlooking Front Street. Talk about just sitting back, relaxing, people watching, and being able to enjoy the bustle from above.

entire place Quiet hours 10p-8a. No parties. Pets welcome! (I charge a flat fee of $100 just mark that you are bringing your pup and VRBO will automatically add the fee).
no parking spaces for my loft I park in the lot behind the building ($13/day) and sometimes find street parking right in front . There are several decks around and I just unload in the front (if space allows) and then I move my car. Street parking is free from 6:30pm-9:00am Monday through Saturday and free on Sunday.
there is a walk up! one flight of stairs, no elevator
sleeps 6 means: two beds (one queen, one king) and one queen air mattress As my spot is so spacious it comfortably sleeps 6. There is a sofa as well which you could always do one on the sofa and one on the air mattress, I guess it would depend on who draws the short straw in your party or who isn't paying haha. Please disclose all overnight guests so we can set up accordingly.
