ground level/1st floor: starting on the ground level, the home features a large garage under the house with a beach cart, beach chairs, pool, beach floats and toys The back of the ground level under the home has a gorgeous sparkling, heated, private pool. The pool is surrounded by a gorgeous paver patio to cool off on with a chic outdoor sectional, sun loungers, and a grill area.

second floor: the gourmet kitchen features a large sink, double oven, granite counter-tops, tile backsplash and a large center island with counter stools The kitchen is fully equipped with all the cooking utensils you need for the week and a starter set of trash bags, detergent and paper towels.
the living room and dining room are an open floor plan The dining area, which seats 10, is defined by its unique coffered ceilings. The great room is home to a large sectional and chair, a large flat screen tv and features a 12 foot wide sliding glass door that open up the first floor to a large porch with seating areas.
the 3rd floor features a master bedroom with a luxurious king bed There is also a portable crib/playpen with a 3" mattress in this rooms closet. The luxurious master bath is spa like with a large frameless glass shower, dual vanities, your own Keurig Coffeemaker with coffee service and cozy bathrobes.
also, on the 3rd floor are two additional bedrooms One is a QUEEN and one is a KING, both with flat screen TVs. There is a porch that features 2 lounge areas for morning coffee. Those two rooms share a full bathroom with a double vanity and a tiled tub/shower combo. This floor also has a full size laundry room.
the 4th level features a bedroom with a queen bed and flat screen tv

beach access: the property is located in the folly field area The closest beach is Folly Field Beach. There is a dedicated paved path from the house all the way to the beach and it is less than a 10min walk. There is beach parking for golf carts and vehicles with 51 metered parking spaces and 3 ADA-accessible spaces available on a first come first served basis.
folly field beach park: folly field beach park is a gorgeous stretch of shoreline that is known informally by residents and long-time visitors alike as a "local's beach" Seldom overcrowded, with parking spots that are almost hidden by a line of live oaks and squat Palmettos, the park is a favorite for new and seasoned vacationers alike, and features ample stretches of shoreline located just a stone's throw from the wooded park's entrance. The park features restrooms and outdoor showers. A short boardwalk connects the main parking area with the shoreline, and "beach matting" Is laid down at the end of the boardwalk seasonally, making the route to the shore handicapped accessible. Seasonal lifeguards are also on site, generally from Memorial Day until Labor Day.

pets: our company has a (2) pet maximum, dogs only Must be pre-approved at the time of booking. All dogs must be 60lbs or under, at least 2yrs of age, and fully trained. Policies may vary property to property. Pet fees are as follows: $350 per dog (1-21 nights), $500 per dog (21-60 nights). This fee is not included in AirBnB total and will be added once your reservation has been made. Additional fees may be incurred if there is significant wear or damage of the property. If any pet is found on premise without advanced approval from Beach House Boutique, guests will be assessed a fee of $200 per night per pet of contracted rental agreement dates AND be asked to vacate the property without refund.

cancellation policy
to be eligible for a refund, you must cancel at minimum 60 days prior to check in
in the event you, the guest, needs to cancel your reservation and the reservation is applicable to a refund, the funds will be sent back to the you in the same manner they were received All cancellations are subject to a $350 administrative fee. There are no exceptions.
