the space:
well-located, this condo is nestled in the beautiful animas river valley north of durango just 15 minutes away from both downtown durango and the ski & snowboarding slopes of purgatory Most dogs and cats are allowed [pets count as guests if for some reason the pet fee can’t be applied to individual pets :) ... if your guest amount with pet(s) exceeds the 9 human limit, just reach out to us and we will accommodate]. We accept pets with prior approval; pets have an additional fee for cleaning, and each pet counts as a guest.
