Bedroom one is located on the 2nd floor and has King bed, smart TV, dresser and ensuite bathroom.
Bedroom two is located on the 1st floor and has Queen bed, smart TV and dresser.
Bedroom three is located on the 2nd floor and two twin beds and smart TV.
The couch in the living room (under the window) is a pull out sofa bed.
Private patio is located off the first floor and includes cafe style table and chairs.

You will have access to the whole home.
During the summer months you will have access to the amenities in Northridge at Camelback community. This includes:
-Playground (open 11am-7pm daily from Memorial Day-Labor Day)
-Tennis Courts (open dawn-dust until from Memorial Day-October 31st)
-Outdoor heated pool (open 11am-7pm daily from Memorial Day-Labor Day)
*Please note, you cannot use any community amenities on the day of check out.

-There is a $50 rental fee that must be paid after booking. You will receive a link to pay, usually a week before your arrival.
We have to register your party with the community, to do this you will be asked to provide:
-Full names of all adults
-Phone number of main guest
-Email address of main guest
-Number of total guests (cannot exceed 8, including children)
-Vehicle license plate number (only 2 cars can park in the driveway. There is an overflow lot by the community center if a 3rd car is needed)*Our home can only be rented to guests of a single family. This means we cannot host bachelor/bachelorette groups, friends reunions etc. This rule is by the township and there are no exceptions.
Rules:
-Dogs are welcome for a fee of $250. Dogs must be leashed the entire time and must be picked up after.
-Strict speed limit of 20 mph within the community must be followed.
-No firearms, including BB, paint or pellet guns are permitted.
-Absolutely no open flames or fireworks are permitted within the community, this includes fire pits or bonfires.
-Capacity is set by the township, we cannot host more than 8 people. This includes children of all ages.
-Maximum of 2 cars are allowed to park at the home. No motorcycles, RVs or boats are allowed in the community.
-Trash should be taken to the community compactor at checkout.
