the entire house was recently remodeled with new double-paned windows, doors, kitchen, flooring Bathrooms have been updated, too, and the bedrooms are nicely decorated. View from backyard to open space gives this city home a bucolic feel.
our home is the perfect place for relaxing, entertaining, or jumping off into wine country adventures, we are centrally-located to napa, sonoma valley (ten mins away), alexander valley, dry creek valley and russian river valley, as well as the quaint towns of sonoma and healdsburg, each about 25 minutes away
the bars, nightlife, restaurants and brewpubs (russian river!) of downtown santa rosa are also just a quick uber ride away
while our home is great for entertaining, we are limited to a maximum of six guests and must abide by the strict new city laws: no events or large parties, no amplified music outdoors, quiet hours are from 9pm - 8am, punishable by fines up to $5000 for violations However, up to three daytime guests may join you during the day between 8am and 9pm.
