Conveniently located next to newly renovated Boardwalk 4 (no stairs on boardwalk).
4 bedrooms and 3 baths with a loft easily accommodate 10 The center of the home focuses on a great room with exposed beams, sectional sofa, soaring ceiling, Smart HDTV, and spiral staircase to the open loft. The loft is large with vaulted ceiling, Smart HDTV, ceiling fan and access to an upper deck. There is a queen bed and a futon couch (suitable for child or adult under 5' tall) in the loft for additional sleeping. The kitchen is fully stocked and brightened by a wall of windows. A second refrigerator is provided for extra space for food and beverages. A small breakfast area has a table with seating for 4. The adjacent dining room has a large table with 8 additional chairs. This open floor plan is highlighted by sliding doors that lead to the wonderful deck with plenty of seating, an outdoor dining table, and a propane grill.
