Situated on 2 acres, there is plenty of green space, peace, and quiet. Have your own private park-like environment yet be so close to downtown, UF, and recreational trails and parks. We have a ping-pong table, sauna, rowing machine, basic exercise equipment, small pond, outdoor firepit, fruit trees, and blueberry bushes. The interior of the home has 1508 square feet of air-conditioned living space plus a 200 square foot attached laundry room.

**We cannot accept stays longer than 29 days**

- Please be mindful of noise and respectful to our neighbors. There is a 10 pm noise curfew in the neighborhood. Neighbors may call local law enforcement if noise levels are excessive after hours.
- Smoking of any kind is not permitted inside or outside of the home. Smoking will result in a $1,000 fee.
- Unauthorized pets will result in a $500 fee per pet.
- Unauthorized guests will result in a $500 fee per guest per night.
- We do not permit parties or gatherings at the home. Parties and gatherings will result in a $2,000 fee in addition to the unauthorized guest fees and immediate cancellation of your reservation with an escort off of the property by law enforcement.
