This peaceful, 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath, 2 story split home, is located on Riley Lake in the community of Star Lake Forest, Hawthorne, FL. It sets on 1 1/4 acres with a fenced front paddock and fence surrounding property. There is a 1.5 mile, well maintained dirt road to the home. Near the lake front, a canoe, life jackets and paddle can be found by the dock. If you bring your own boat, there is a private boat ramp on the property. Sunsets on the lake are beautiful reflecting off the glassy lake. Fishing and skiing can be very enjoyable on our small, spring fed lake. Guest bedroom upstairs has french doors that open to the balcony and overlooks the paddock. This bedroom is carpeted and is adjacent to the guest bathroom. The next level has bamboo flooring leading into the next guest bedroom and master bedroom. The master bedroom has a set of french doors that open to a balcony overlooking the lake, boat ramp and dock. There is a large master bathroom with a jet tub set under a large plate glass window that has a lake view. Also, a nice walk-in shower with double jets The downstairs has an open kitchen, living room and dining room have french doors that open onto a covered porch that faces the lake. The couch opens to a bed and there is a 1/2 bath downstairs. Floors are tiled on first floor, carpeted on the next level and bamboo wood floors on the next level. Your friendly dog is welcome. Plenty of room to roam. Utilities are included, as well as, stream t.v internet and land line. No need to bring linens or towels, utensils or cookware. You can bring your own pillows or welcome to use ours. Nice get away or just family fun.
